Scentstevia offers Australia-wide shopping and postage ONLY.

Postage & Handling fees apply to all orders requiring physical items to be shipped.

All orders are dispatched via the most cost-effective method for the customer’s location through Australia Post.

  • Standard Postage: A flat rate of $14.95 applies for standard postage across Australia (including PO Boxes). Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
  • Express Postage: A flat rate of $19.95 applies for express postage across Australia (including PO Boxes). Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.
  • Rural Postage: A flat rate of $19.95 applies for rural postage across Australia (including PO Boxes). Please allow up to 5 to 8 business days for delivery.
  • Orders over 25kg: A flat rate of $45 applies.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times may extend by 1 to 2 days for orders delivered to Perth, Darwin, Queensland, Tasmania, and remote areas.
  • The delivery times mentioned above are estimates.
  • Scentstevia uses third-party services for delivery, which may be subject to delays outside our control.
  • Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address at checkout, as Scentstevia will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

All orders are securely packaged and dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia.

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and South Australian public holidays.

A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch for all orders. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website or Sendle website.

Missed Delivery: If a delivery attempt is missed, Australia Post will redirect your parcel to the nearest Post Office and leave a card with pickup instructions. You will need to provide ID to collect your parcel.

Missing Parcel: Scentstevia has no control over and makes no warranty regarding the performance of Australia Post or Sendle. If your parcel is not delivered to your address and is not available for collection at your local post office, please contact Australia Post using the tracking number provided.
